Our client in Quelimane is looking for Sales Technician to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction, revenue management, and achievement of medium- and long-term targets in line with the company’s vision and values.
  • Develop and execute the business plan / annual objectives in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Understand and apply pricing models and ensure that market prices are aligned with the company’s strategies.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels, product quality, and freshness through effective stock management and market guidance.
  • Maximize all opportunities in the sales closing process, contributing to gaining market share from competitors.
  • Acquire new customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or commercial roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products/services offered.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
